    Out of flax so use olive oil?

    Scenario = cutting/lean muscle, only ingesting carbs for meal 1 and pre and post workout.

    Quick question - I'm out of flax for a few days. Should I use a tbsp of olive oil in my mid-moning shake?

    olive oil contains close to no EFA's so its not a substitute. But it works in a pro fat meal as a good fat source thats for sure. So for a few days its all good.
