    Clen and Bulking?...

    I was just wondering about clen and bulking.

    I have read that some use clen PCT so they can keep their caloreis while minimizing fat gain.

    So my quiestion is this: could I add some clen to keep some of the excess fat off when I am bulking?

    To me this sorta sounds backwards, as when you are bulking you are trying to keep a positive balance of calories, right? So I'm assuming using clen would be counter productive, correct?

    It would prolly be a better idea to watch my calories and keep them up, but not too many extra, and eat really clean, correct?

    Just some thoughts I am hoping to get some feedback on.

    Yeah much better to just eat clean. I dont like clen at all. After using it for a while I had heart palpations for a damn year. Its enough taking fat burning aids while cutting. They put strain on the body and its not all that good to use them to often.

    A little t-3 on the other hand while bulking can help with both muscle building and staying lean.

    yeah? so you'd say drop the clen and add some t3 so I can keep my calories up while keeping my fat gain under control?

    Id say first get on a bulking diet that keeps you lean while packing on the pounds and after that add any small aids

    The t-3 wont make a huge difference. It will be a bit of aid. But run it in small dosages. 20mcg/day at most.

    I'd try it all w/out anything first, as t3 can/will eat lean mass up if your calories or macros are not right for your goals/activity.

    I'd never touch clen .

    Yeah, I'll keep a close eye on my calories and macros for now and see how that goes.
