    weight

hey guys i'm currently on a cycle of test e 750mgs/week and deca500mgs/week...i'm takin in well must be close to 3000cals a day but now my weight seems to have stopped on 14stone 12lbs been there for just over a week. my strength is going up well and people are saying that im lookin bigger too. the funny thing is with the cycle i'm running is my bodyfat seems to be going down bit by bit as well..deca seems to do this to me like it did last time i took it, i dont seem to carry any water which i find strange also because alot of people who would do this cycle would get alot of water retention!!
so my question is should i up my cals/protein and carb intake? and how much more should i be taking?
oh and tommorrow i will be starting week number 7 and i did jump start cycle with 60mgs of dbol a day for the first 5 weeks

Depends on how big you are. What are your stats? If you are 5'2'' and weigh 140 3000 cals is alot. If you are 6'2'' 220 it is kinda low for bulking. I stay around 4000-4500 cals when I bulk.

Very hard for us to tell. You have to know your body and how it reacts and how many cals you personally need...what your maintenance is. A nutritionist would be the best person to talk to about this.

Anways, you said your bf% is going down and you are staying around the same weight, in that case you are obviously gaining muscle to compensate for fat loss in terms of actual weight. So whats the prob?

    Second that!

also if your strenght is going up each workout I would say you are eating enough. I always go by my strenght gains.
