    Diet Coming Off a Cycle

I started a Test Cyp and Deca cycle around three weeks ago and I am starting to see great gains. My appetite has really increased. I have been listening to my body and I have been hungry more frequently. I find that I need to each 1000+ Calories more each day.

However, my real concern will be what I should do with my diet once my cycle is over. I want to reduce the number of calories so I don't get fat, but at the same time I don't want to lose any gains that I have made during the cycle.

How do you adjust your diet when coming off a cycle to prevent yourself from getting fat without losing your gains?

It's been a while since I have done this so I am concerned. Should I just listen to my body and adjust my diet accordingly like I am doing now?

Most actually know how much they are eating to maintain/gain while they are natural, and that is the figure they use after the cessation of AAS use.

Ok, so should I do what I normally do when I go from a bulking to a cutting phase without AAS?

The main difference is that this gear is really making me super hungry. I eat much more than I normally do during regular bulking phases and I am hungry more frequently. It really feels like it is working well. I don't feel too bloated or like I have eaten too much like I would if I ate these amounts without any gear.

I have two separate concerns for my diet during PCT:

    (1) My appetite will drop significantly and I will not eat enough and lose my gains.
    (2) My appetite will remain the same and I will eat too much and gain fat.

Your appetite should normalize once off AAS...and if it does'nt (which i doubt)...up your water intake and that should help keep the hunger pains at bay, naturally if you are eating more, your stomach is bigger and will shrink once you start eating "normally".
