Beans, beans, good for your heart, the more you eat, the more you...
...gain mass?
Are low sugar tomato sauce baked beans a good food to eat?
They seem to be high fibre, fairly high carb/pro and low fat, whats the deal with them?
Cheers

Hey Diesel,
What's a vergetarian??? he,he just kidding bro
Steve,
I personnally love beans although I can not say that they make up a major part of my diet. There are several reciepes that I have included in the reciep section that has beans in them. They are high in protien as far as veggies go but give me a dead animal on my plate anyday and I'll be happy.

unfortunately beans are not complete protein. Adding a large dose of rice to complete the profile is ok, but you need something other than beans or else you are wasting your time

Use beans for its complex carb and fiber profile, over the protein content. Haven't had beans in ages...but that doesn't mean I don't like em.
