cutting diet
i have fine tuned my diet. it looks a little odd because i only have one p/f meal yet my fat content still reaches 52 for the day, maybe im counting wrong or something? for those that didnt see my other thread with the original version of this diet, i'm 5'11", 185 lbs. at roughly 13% body fat.
what do you think?
ill post the meal breakdown here since its hard to tell off of fitday..
Meal 1: 1/2 cup of oats, 1/2 cup liquid egg whites, can of tuna, veggies
Meal 2: Shake w/ 2 tbsp. flax seed oil
Meal 3: 6 oz. chicken w/ green vegetables
Meal 4 (PWO): Shake w/ 1 1/2 cup of oats
Meal 5: 8.5 oz. chicken, ½ cup oats
Meal 6: Can of tuna
