best PWO nutrition meal afte AM cardio @ 120 mins
For an athlete who wants to train with 2 hours of cardio, AM on the empty stomach and taking 10mg of DBOL to reduce muscle catabolism during this period and after- what meal do you recommend as the first of the day? I was thinking a high protein high card no fat
45C 45P 0F about 20 mins postworkout
then 15C 30P 0F about 1hr30mins after that
Does this look ok or should I get him to space out his second meal a bit more? He's interested in cutting fast

But to answer your question, a Pro/fat meal 10-20 mins after or Pro/carb meal 40 mins after and usual meal timing after that, no need for pwo after cardio

not a pwo pwo shake dude...post-work out meal
you can still call intensive cardio "working out" especially if you see where he's keeping his heart rate.

looks ok to me. Considering the lengt of the cardio I think carbs is a good idea.
