    meal 2
100 g tuna, 1 scoop whey in water + 2 tbsp flax seed oil

    workout
    PWO shake

2 scoops dextrose + 2 scoops whey in water

    meal 3 PWO meal
2 chicken breasts, 2 slices of whole wheat bread

    meal 4
    100 g tuna
    100g almonds

    meal 5

1 chicken breast/xtra lean ground beef

    meal 6

1 scoop whey in water + 2 tbsp flax seed oil

so that's 2800 cals, and IMO that might be high. i would say try going around 2200-2400 for 3 weeks and see whats up.

i would say drop teh whey before your cardio. your body is going to use that as fuel instead of fat. if you are going at a moderate level (60-70% MHR) you should be alright in terms of saving muscle.

make either meal 6 or 7 whole food. i think taht would help you stay out of the fasted state at night. the casein and flax shake before bed would be fine, maybe make meal 6 whole foods. maybe some natty peanut butter with a protein source.

i am not an advocta eof breads whle cutting. so my opinion would be drop teh whole wheat bread PPWO for a different carb source. you tried sweet potatoes? they worked wonders for me

again, stated many times here, you know what carbs work for you, so use them. these are just some things i would do in your shoes. i like different things, and different things work for different people. if you can cut with what i would call high cals, keep it up. if not i would say drop them by at least 400 right now. in any case... good luck bro

breads just don't work for me man. if you can pull it off, good. but the gluten in breads bloats me a lot. sometimes pasta will do it too, but generally i stick to sweet potatoes, and oats when cutting. more sweet potato than oats too. cutters are very bland IMO, but you gotta do what you gotta do.

regular potato is good, but sweet potato is better. a yam is the same as a sweet potato if that was the question of concern.

I agree with Nova bread is crap for me personally when cutting even when if its whole wheat. its just to processed.

Why dont you do cardio before the whey shake?
I also think you have to many shakes as well 4 shakes i counted. But otherwise stunner its not bad. Some minor tweaks and u should be okay to go.

veggies are a must yes. good call there. if light mayo is fat free may, then its ok. i personally would do without it and take some sugarfree orange flavored metamucil to get the tuna down. yes, do the 500ml of egg whites. i had troube with the conversion of egg whites in ml but i'd go for 9-12. liquid, well then yes 500ml will do i suppose. meal 5 you could make carb or fat. i think its looking good.
