do this work for pwo?
i cant find any dextrose so i found this supplement today from optimum so how about using it with whey protein ??here is the supp facts:

Man don't buy this shit, Just get any kind of fat free(haha) candy with tons of sugars check for dextrose! and eat the amount need for pwo!
Honey/oats will work too.
Rice will work.
Kool aid or gatorade.
fat free gummy bears
tons of options man, no need to spend money on that supp

use some sweet tarts they taste great and are a mix of maltodextrin and dextrose

post workout i take in 60g protein, 90 from dextrose, and 40 from oats. also 5g aakg, 5g cee, 5g glut. 5g taurine.
then 1 hour later i have 40g whey with 80g carbs. 60g dex, and 20g oats.
i like this way. i used to load creatine, then i quite.
I take 5g cee, 5g mono, 2 times a day for 5 days. so 10g x 2. (5 of each)
i like this way.

Wait a second. I love SweetTarts. There's a way I can have them post- workout?! How many grams of sugar (dext/etc) does one require after pwo?

I have 2 scoops of whey that yields 46g protein followed by 2 packs of sweet tarts, which is 78g carbs.

Yup, I do that too as well. Man, that really makes it feel like you are cheating when you have to eat each piece one or two at a time and go through TWO PACKS!
