    safflower oil and flax

    might sound silly but, is safflower oil and flaxioil the same thing, or are they two completely different things, right now im talking safflower oil.

    well they are both essential fatty acids......but safflower oil is cla which is a better choice in my opionion becaue it makes you lose fat and gain muscle .i would just buy cla a lil more pricey but i belive its worth it
