    uhhhh....bad?

    with milky white chicken breast available, i'd never go near that [email protected] much fatty tissue (the bad saturated kind)....BAD BAD BAD for cutting....I guess its so so for bulking...

    Thats what i thought...they feed that crap to my son at camp so my wife got some ...sooo much fat in them but id figure id ask!!!THANKS

    As to whether they are good or bad, that's an open-ended question.

    Depends on goals/macros/meals/when/why/how much/etc. I eat them while cutting even, and they fit in where I need them to.
