During the last 7 weeks or so I have been EXTREMELY lazy with my diet.
I have been getting on avarage around 160g protein/day and maby around 3000kcal/day give or take 500. Usualy just eating 3-4 meals everyday.

But yet I have made some of the best strenght gains in my life during these last 7 weeks.

I wish it was always this easy to gain
