Off Days
During a cutting diet what do you guys normally eat on non lifting days?

What exactly is your diet like for your cutting phase? Protein/Carbs... cardio? current training split? Are you rotating your carbs? Hi/low/med days?...If I'm dieting even on my "off" days from training I am still hitting cardio at least in the morning. What I've set as my diet for the next 8 or 12 weeks doesn't change... I manipulate my carbs into Hi/Med/low days and determine the amount based on what I know I personally need to achieve what BF% I am shooting for..

Hey man if your not carb cycling normally what Ill do for my meals on non training days is just have 5 or 6 meals with only pro/carb as my first 2 meals, after that pro/fats and I kinda keep my calories around 300 lower than I normally would on a training day. Also on non training days I dont have a meal before I sleep, since I didnt train a muscle that day.

I hear ya. My response was pretty much strictly to your question regarding what I eat on non lifting days during a cutting cycle.I always manipulate my carbs. That is what has always worked for me. I don't worry about eating anything before bed, if it's been 2-3 hours I eat...but in the end it's whatever works for you so if you are seeing results and getting lean keep at it bro!

Exactly...I eat the same....except my first four meals are pro/carbs then I go pro/fat for the rest of the night.....(final 4-5)
