Protien Question...
Alright im elergic to all poiltry (turkey, chicken) what should i eat instead?

Many options.
Lean Ground beef.
Leaner cuts of steak.
Lean cuts of pork.
Tuna.... well most any seafood.
Eggs
cottage cheese
protein powders
Seriously, the list is HUGE!

Oh ya many alternatives. I have been eating a lot of red meat lately, just need to make sure you get lean cuts is all like top round, eye round or if you get it ground you should look for extra lean 90-95% and then even drain some still.

lean pork is what I eat most of the time. It can be very cheap and verý lean. Tastes better than chicken anyway

well you can get cuts with 1% fat. Nice pork chops with the visible fat removed is VERY lean. Aslong as it doesnt have fat mixed with the meat.

Pork is a good choice as Johan said. I dont eat it as a staple because I honestly dont find pork that tastey. But you can definitely get it cut very lean if you get a nice tenderloin and it is fairly cheap as well. Also if you trim fat off yourself pork is a good option. I will admit that it is by far the easiest meat to trim in my experience.
