cutting diet questions..
Well im looking to follow a diet similar to the one in the cutting sticky but im having a little problem. I dont workout until around 830-900 everynight, so all sed and done when i come home there really isnt time for 2 meals.
I was thinking that the protein/veggies/rice meal should be my last of the night, and i should take a protein shake before the gym.
Diet sample listed in thread...
1. pro/oats
2. pro shake and flax
3. pro/veggies
4. PWO
5. pro/veggies/rice (pwo meal)
6. Shake with flax
MY VERSION?
1. pro/oats
2. pro (whole food) /flax
3. protein shake
4. protein(whole food) veggies
5. pre workout shake
6. pro/veggies/rice (pwo meal)
Help in organizing my meals would be GREATLY appriciated!! thanks alot

you only have one pro/fat meal. That might be to little. How much will your totaly daily fat consumption be? Since meal 4 contains no carb source except veggies you can have some fat in that one.

um i said when i get home from the gym there isnt time for 2 meals , so i thought it might be better off to just end the night with real food, example chicken rice and veggies

the whole point of this thread is that i have to change the order or the cutting diet sample posted in the sticky, and i want to know what is the best way for me to do that

definately PWO at teh gym, and then pro/carb before bed. do not fear carbs before bed like some people. pwo at the gym and ppwo at home before bed.

nova, thanks for that help.. i was afraid to eat a real meal right before bed.. but then again that takes away the shake with flax that is supposed to be your last meal. What should i do about that?
