Hey Guys! Need advice for my diet!?!?!
Hey guys, I need some help for my diet. Its the first time i've ever started to cut so I'm not too sure about what I'm doing exactly...
I weigh about 89kg and am 177cm tall. I have fat mostly around my stomach and thighs. I do 20+ mins of cardio about 4 times a week, then pump weights in the afternoon/night.
Meal 1
Protein Carb
1 Cup Oats + Shake 30g
Meal 2
Protein Carb
Salad Sandwitch + Chicken/Turkey (30g)
Pre Workout Meal
2pc Bread + Sugar-free Jam
Post Workout Meal
4 Scoops Protein + 4pc Bread + Honey
Post Post Workout Mean 1 hour after training
Protein Carb
1 Cup Rice (40g) + Fish/Chicken/Meat (30g)
Meal 6
Protein Fat
Tuna + Oil x 2 cans
Meal 7
Protein Carb
Cottage Cheese 97% fat free
Theres a 2 hour interval between each meal...

Whats a macro?
How many carbs do you guys recomend?

macros are where you tell us how many grams of each macronutrient (protien, carb,fat) are in each meal (and daily aggregates as well) so we can get a clearer picture of how you are eating.. you cant expect us to sift through each meal with a calculator and do that for you.. do that!..it makes it easier for us to help you
