heres my diet
breakfast 2-3 eggs whole
3 slices canaloupe
mid morn meal mesotech shake
lunch 6 0z chicken w/egg tomatoes onions and peppers
mid afternoon mesotech shake
dinner protein and salad with fat free or no dsg
pre workout whey protein shake
post workout whey protein shake
occassionaly i mix up some meals with grits no butter and oatmeal
sometimes add cheese to my salad roughly 4 0z
and if i really just want to eat an additional snack i eat an apple or banana
workout consists of 45 minutes of cardio and an hour and a half of lifting medium to heavy for strength gains which i actually lost strength. also some days i have a tendency to drink gatorade more than water as the heat in iraq is very intense and i still manage to gain weight

first off please state your goals and stats and this diet needs a ton of work

sorry stats 30 yrs old 5ft 8in 31%bf 250.
goals 200 to 210 more muscle alot less fat and maximum of 24% bf would love to go lower but dont really want to go below 200 unless absolutely neccessary

lmfao thanks steve if you have any recommendations or advice all is accepted.2 years ago i lost 80lbs in 6 months doing a strict low carbs. i went from 300 to 220 and hit 22.64%bf. since i joined the military i have not been able to lose i have only gained. the good news about that now is according to them my body weight at 1%bf will be 180

Too many shakes not enough real food. The mesotech shakes also contain simple carbs and proteins and fats which IMO is not ideal for a cutting diet. The suggested cutting diet in this forum is absolutely superb.

Search for past diets using the search function, also. See if you can put one together. The diet needs plenty of work. As does your training routine. More cals, more solid food, more everything by the looks of it bro.
Also, you never wanna do cardio before you hit weights. Always do the cardio post workout. Check out the stickies and search for some sample diets- there have been hundreds of good ones posted and critiqued.
