    Anyone know how to make a cooking spray?

    Anyone know how to make your own non-stick spray, i.e. 1 part olive oil to 1 part water or whatever?

    The one I use has canola in and it seems to burn easy. Also fancied making my own and minimising all the chems.

    Pam - I aint seen that in the UK.

    Just wondered if anyone makes their own and how cos I fancied diy.

    Hmmm, have decidded to ring around the stores in Cardiff and see if i can get this stuff, if not I will try your link - thanks.

    Dunno why the online sports nutrition stores don't sell it...

    a eaiser way would be to just moist a piece of paper with oil and rub it on the pan.
