Please Critique my diet.
Hello, I'm trying to reach a similar physique to bruce lee. I will get my flame suit on right now since i'm asking to be small and ripped on a body building website. I do my cardio 4 days a week(empty stomach AM). And it consist of 40 minutes of ab exercise (a very hardcore exercise), 30 minutes of training (which consist of punching bag, Shadow boxing with 5lb dumbells on each hand, and jump-ropes). Then I jump on the treadmill and and do my 30 minute run/speed walk(I put incline on 12 and speed walk at 3.7 for 7 minutes then put the incline on 5 and sprint for 3 minutes for 30 minutes).
My stats are 167lbs 5'10 1/2 inches tall, and 11% bodyfat. I would like to be around 5-7% bodyfat. I worked out on and off for a few years, and recently just got back into it. I feel as though this is my life now, I'm fully dedicated to do whatever it takes to make my body strong, agile, and look great( in my eyes bruce lee's physique is great).
I also train at night time with my buddies, and i am a firm believer of 15 rep for every exercise since i'm not looking to be big, but have good endurance, be cut and fairly strong. My max bench is 255, and my squat i do normal sets with 225 10x without much problem.
My diet right now consist of...
1st
6 egg whites, 1/2 cup of oatmeal 30 minutes after my morning exercise.
2nd
1 Tuna with a spoon full of Full fat mayo
3rd
6-8 oz of boneless chicken breast (98% fat free) with veggies and white rice.
TRAIN
PWO- (3 scoops of muscle milk mixed with oatmeal)
5th
chicken breast cooked in olive oil.
Before bed
2 Scoops of muscle milk.
I also eat steamed broccoli through out the day as my snack.
Any comments would be greatly appreciated.
Oh I also drink sip water all day long until i sleep and press on hand grip all through out the day as well for strong wrist and grip.

Doesn't look bad! I might switch out the white rice for brown.. bump the egg whites up to 8 w/1 yoke...change out the Muscle milk for real meals... your goal is to get as lean as possible...remember, when you are taking in MRP's or protein powders your body does not have to work hard to break that down... you want it to work and break down whole foods..

Nothing wrong with your goal or desire, respectable. What you are doing is pretty decent, how long have you been doing it for? Do you take any supps? Why the fat full mayo.

Thank you
Thank you very much for your input gentlemen. I've been at this for a few months now. I was actually dieting completely differently because I was out of the gym for 6-7 months, and wanted to gain some quality mass. I was 148 when i came back to the gym with higher bodyfat and now i'm almost 20lbs heavier with less bodyfat. Also my bench and other compound exercises went through the roof in the past few months, i guess muscles do have memory. I've been at this diet for the past week, and I think i will switch out the protein shakes for real meals. Steve0 thank you for letting me know about the nature of olive oil in high temperatures, i had no clue! and prada I eat full fat mayo because Tuna alone taste way too horrible and I also read here that "you need to eat fat to lose fat". I do not take any supplements, because I do not want to harm my body in anyway and keep it healthy as possible. But if you do know of supplements that will help me burn fat more effectively, and doesn't do the body so much harm, Please recommend me, it'll be more than appreciated.
The new diet then shall look like this
1st
8 egg whites, 1 yolk 1/2 cup of oatmeal 30 minutes after my morning exercise.
2nd
1 Tuna with a spoon full of Full fat mayo
3rd
6-8 oz of boneless chicken breast (98% fat free) with veggies and brown rice or oats.
TRAIN
PWO- (3 scoops of muscle milk mixed with oatmeal)
5th
chicken breast grilled in oven and sppon full of olive oil.
Before bed
fat free cottage cheese with sugarless jam(Being creative here, i hope this is ok for cutting)
Any additions or critiques will be greatly appreciated.

Hey Bruce Soild diet.. however i think you need to change your PWO shake...
3 scoops of Mucle Milk have 26 grams of fat... I belive 7 are saturated in 2 scoops so in 3 scoops u would have about 10.5 sat fat post workout.. My adivce would be.. By Plain and simple Whey Protien and Dextrose..

Sorry about not being specific in my new thread. I just got back from gym when i posted that and my body is really shot. The 1st meal i posted is after AM cardio not before( I should've said it in my 2nd post, my fault). Oats will be half cup wherever its included. I have a half of bottle of muscle milk left, I guess I can give to a friend and go buy optimum whey protein( I hear this is really good, thanx faiz and jef!), and mix it with oatmeal. I will take out the olive oil and replace them with veggies(thank you IBDmfkr).
Here is the finalize diet(sorry for keep posting this)
After AM cardio
1st 8 egg whites, 1 yolk, and 1/2 cup of oatmeal
2nd 1 can of tuna with a full spoon of mayo.
3rd 6-8oz of chicken breast (grilled) with veggies and 1/2 cup of oatmeal or brown rice or 1 yam.
TRAIN
PWO Shake- 40g of optimum whey and 80g of dextrose or oats.
5th Grilled Chicken breast with 1 cup of vegetables.
6th 1 cup of fat free cottage cheese with sugar free jam.
