    Bulking With Mass Gainer Shakes??

    I'm running 500mg test and anavar up 18 pounds so far, got 6 weeks left , i would like to incorparate mass gainer shakes. would it be a good idea to add shakes to my diet. I'm on 4,000 cal diet which includes two protien shake a day plus whole foods. stats are 218pounds, 11%bf, 6'2 feet. thanks.

    Good stats man..and props on the weight gain! That's awesome! I'd stay away from weight gainer..it's all caca and a typical GNC tub of it has only 3 "servings" according to the serving size. I say just eat an extra plate of chicken and brown rice a day..and incorporate some more eggs or oats into your breakfast. You could add a little more of everything to each meal and shoot up towards 5k calories and get better results than some weight gainer powder. An extra shake wouldn't be the worst thing either! Flax oil is a great addition to pro/fat meals if you don't already have it included.

    i asked the same question a few weeks ago and swolecat said mass gainer shakes are an excuse for a shitty diet, so i decide to find my calories else where

    Those are great gains so far. I think mass gainer shakes are a waste in terms of money and effectiveness. You could make your own or a the very least buy MRPs. Hence I would tend to agree with SC. Remeber that those mass gainer shakes are mainly abundant in calories and carbs which will in turn just turn to fat. If your intake has reached it's limit. On the other hand I tink what you are doing so far is good and should keep doing it(optimal levels) because 18lbs without any fat gains is great.
