Do you get all bloated or just temporary bloated stomach ?

i would like to hear some personal reactions to dairy if you will be so kind

PWO would be the only time I would use it IMO (although I dont, I even just cut out my half cup of cottage cheese recently) but it really does depend on the person. Try it out for 1 or 2 weeks and see how it affects you.

As was noted by Narkissos in Pinnacle's sticky-thread in the roid forum, bloating and the like is a sign of what I think he termed "minor food allergy". Our genes decide these things to a large extent. We Swedes, for example, generally tolerate dairy very well.

my lower abs look weird when i eat dairy. i can't describe it really, but the skin looks weird. so if i were to cut down dry, i would exclude it for that reason. if u don't have any negative effects from eating it, then by all means eat/drink it up.

bingo if someone becomes bloated it can only be because of some kind of lactose intollerance.
