    egg beater question

    I have been buying egg beaters but the flavored ones like ham and chesse and the chives and cheese flavor, the is 0 carbs and only 1 gram of fat.It sound like it would be a good altenative to plain egg whites. Any input?

    pretty close if not the same specs as plain.....they are a hell of a lot easier to swallow than plain after eating them for 3 months.

    a dude i know at work also drinks them right out of the carton, swears it allows you to shoot bigger loads, that i dont know?!?
