    Turkey Meat

I have been using ground turkey breast (Honeysuckle White 99% FF) for about a month now and am getting sick of just grinding it up or making it into pattys....If I went to a deli and got some fresh cut turkey breast, would that have an equal value? Same thing about Fresh cold cut chicken.

i know the feeling. I normally switch it up and get some Deli turkey, ham, and roast beef. You can get some lean steaks, and some fresh fish to cook. I'm not sure what type of budget you are on though. With chicken, you just have to try all kinds of new things with it, exp. hot sauce, bar b-q sauce, soy sauce, I've done some crazy experiments to tough it down

I gotta say I LOVE my ground turkey breast. Switch it up if you don't like it. I just pan fry it and season the hell out of it. I add everything I want and to me it tastes great. You can try anything, like adding a little mustard into it, or some fat free cheese (I don't really do this but I did for a short while). It all helps to keep you liking it. To me one of the keys is keeping it "wet" or juicy. I find that when food is too dry, especially food that you have regularly, you get sick of eating it very fast.

I have east 99% super lean ground turkey breast meat. It's really rich in protein but mine tasted like grilled rolled up newspaper until i figured out how to make it taste good.. I just season with saltles, garlic and herb, grill it on the oven. after that i top it off with some diced tomatoes and onions and eat it with balsamic vineagar and some olive oil. To me it isn't so bad...but it might taste absolutely disgusting to some of ya'll. trial and error.
