    Inputs On Cutting Diet?

Im 5'10'', 175-180lbs. Not much BF, but just wanna shave down a bit to get that six pack showing. I need 3327 cals to maintain my current weight.

    MEAL 1
    Whey & Oatmeal

    MEAL 2
Kashi Dry Cereal, V8 Veggie Juice, & Olive Oil

    MEAL 3
    Chicken Breast & Veggie Shake

    MEAL 4 (PWO)
    PWO Shake

    MEAL 5
    Lean Steak Pattie & Oatmeal

    MEAL 6
    Whey & Peanuts

    Numbers come out to about 2010 cals, 228 P, 137 C, & 54 F.

I feel like I need to get in more cals though, even though cutting, and also wanna get in about 20 more G's of protein. Im gonna buy some bigger chicken breast, so that will up the protein and cals a bit more. Any inputs are greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I'd probly up the cals to more like 2,300-2,400 JMO.
Diet looks pretty good other than that.

Yeah, I plan on upping the cals too.

Also, as a side note: Thats about 28 G's of Fiber.

I drink about 2 gallons of water ED. Have MAN Scorch and Vaporise on hand ready to use. Take Vit. C, Glutamine, BCAA's, and Multi.

This looks pretty close to what I'm doing...but here's what I would change, even though it's pretty good.
    MEAL 1
    Whey & Oatmeal
Regular Oats, mix them together, tastes great.

    MEAL 2
Kashi Dry Cereal, V8 Veggie Juice, & Olive Oil
This is your biggest problem area here....I'd just do like Tuna w/ Olive Oil and some V8

    MEAL 3
    Chicken Breast & Veggie Shake

    MEAL 4 (PWO)
    PWO Shake

    MEAL 5
    Lean Steak Pattie & Oatmeal

    MEAL 6
    Whey & Peanuts
Maybe instead of whey, use some type of lean meat...but if it isn't in your budget, or if it's for convinience, I'd leave it...but the meat would be a better option IMO

yeah, the 2 shakes, putting aside PWO, is for convience. Around school and a tight schedule, its so much eaiser to down a shake. But I do understand that it is overall better to have whole foods.
