    carbs question on oatmeal

    okay i wanted to know how much different granola is than oatmeal i know how important carbs are for bulk, and the type of carb. but i wanted to know if granola is very similar to oatmeal

    granola is usually made with oats, but usually has had honey/sugar added....last box i saw had 12g sugar per half cup

    last I knew, I though granola was sugarified oats basically. I could be wrong though.
