I curently Lost 17lb and trying to loose 15 more I whent From 217 to 200.In the past few weeks I have loss none I thin I am on a platau ,so I am thinking I need to change my Food intake.
I am abit confuse My new MBR is 2011x amount of energy burned through activity. Equals to 3117 cl
Now do I need to eat this much to maintain my body weight? So What should my calorie intake be to loose weight?

I di liss cardio for 45 munutes 4 times a week .
