    1/2 of daily Kcal. at night while cutting?

    I know some say to eat most of calories especially carbs in the the morning but my new schedule has me eating most calories (carbs) in the evening and night. Is this bad?

    FASTED CARDIO
    1. whey/Flax
    2. Chicken/flax
    3. Tuna/Flax
    4. Shake/Flax
    5. (pre workout) yogurt/oats/fruit
    6. (pwo) whey
    7. (ppwo 30 minutes after pwo and shower) rice/chicken

    It is around 2100 calories and half of the calories and all the carbs are within 1 hour of working out but come from 7 P.M. - 9 P.M.

    Is their something I could do? With school and working, this is the best I can do.

    What are you trying to do with that diet?

    Why do you have so much flax in there, it is totally unnecessary.
    Take your carbs first thing in the am post-cardio and stick with a leaner meat, then the next few meals have a fattier meat like steak/buffalo/pork loin/salmon with 1-2cup veggies. PWO have another lean meat with say 40carbs and then before bed have another fatty meat with 2cups veggies or spinach (I prefer greener veggies before bed and say corn/peas/carrots earlier in the day).
    You have way too much fat and shakes in a diet that consists of 2000calories.. Try making those changes and watch the fat come off.

    It is hard to keep meat on me while I am at school for 7 hours. You say no pre workout carbs then?

    Hows this.

    Cardio
    1. oats/chicken breast
    2. lean hamburger/green beans
    3. lean hamburger/green beans
    4. whey/flax
    WORKOUT
    5. rice/ egg whites
    6. Chicken breast/celery with natty peanut butter (2 tbs)

    I'd do:
    cardio
    Pro/carb
    Pro/fat
    Pro/carb
    Workout
    Pro/carb
    Pro/carb
    Pro/fat
    This works best for me while cutting.

    You gotta be more specific, it's not that cut and dry bro.

    Amounts and macros are a must/meal.
