put on 20lbs and can't seem to get rid of it!

Hey guys...well for the first time in my life I've become chubby. I've been juicing off and on for the past 4 years, and have always hovered in the 10-12% range, without any real dieting, just clean eating and moderate cardio. Well after being off juice for 8 months now, i've converted 20lbs or so, and it's not going anywhere, despite 5 or so hours of cardio a week, and eating clean. I think it's time for me to get down with a real diet/cardio/workout regimine. The workout portion I'm good with, but I'm in need of getting my 32's back on! My stats are 6'2" 244 and in the 16% range i would guess. I'll post a couple pics. Help would be great!

Well, since I don't really have a scheduled "diet", I can only show you guys what I eat on an average day...i.e. today's intake:
9:30 oatmeal with a squirt of sugar free syrup
1:00 blackened grouper with grilled vegetables
4:30 grilled chicken breast and brocolli w a cup of fat free cottage cheese
7:00 Workout w/ carb drink pwo 60 carbs, 35g protein, 12g sugar, and 300 cal.
    8:30 Flank steak green beans.
    Bed time 3:30am average.

Pretty average day, let me know what you think.

    Good, but wheres the protein?
1:00 blackened grouper with grilled vegetables
Is grouper a meat? and is it something like salmon or steak where it has a sufficient amount of fat to be a pro/fat meal? If it's more like chicken, add a good fat or carb here.
4:30 grilled chicken breast and brocolli w a cup of fat free cottage cheese
Again, add a pro/carb meal here...because it's a preworkout meal. Drop the cottage cheese.
7:00 Workout w/ carb drink pwo 60 carbs, 35g protein, 12g sugar, and 300 cal.
To make it much easier; do 2 scoops of whey and 1 cup oats. This is what I and many other guys do on the board and have seen excellent results! IT's cheap too!!
    8:30 Flank steak green beans.
This needs to be a pro/carb meal because its your PPWO meal.

In BOLD are my opinions only. I like the fact that you eat veggies in most your meals. Keep that up; also, incorporate broccoli...excellent veggie! Please repost with macros for each meal and final macros. Good luck!
