    BJJ Diet Q :D

    Hi, guys im practicing BJJ M/W/F for 2 hours some people say BJJ is very high intensity so do i need a PWO shake after training and maybe a Pro carb before what do you guys think
    My goal is to maintain weightand drop a little BF in the meanwhile

    BJJ Training
    P/C (PWO)
    P/C (PPWO)
    i do train weight 4 times a week Tu/Th/Sat/Sun

    A simple sugar such as dextrose, is not needed in this situation. If your diet warrants a pro/carb meal, stick with low gi. Even though BJJ is very high intensity, it is a mixture of aerobic and anaerobic activity. There won't be much glycogen to replinish. A pro/carb prior to your training might help with energy levels, but again, that would be determined by the rest of your diet. I suggest you post whole diet along with your stats.

    Hey 1buffsob this is my diet layout for my weigth training day...i was planning to use the same one for my BJJ training but as youre tellling me what can i change in here suggestions?

    Stats:

    Weight: 205 Lb. / 93Kg
    Height: 1.92 m

    Not sure how you'd go about that. It's either cut or bulk. You can maintain but you won't lose fat doing so.

    just to let you know...bjj is not so high intensity after a while. Especially with the breaks in between each instructional move.

    so no need of a PWO / PWWO meal? after training? its ok if i go Pro/Fat ?

    PWO and PPWO for weight training.
    I recommend oats/whey.
