I am started a new Diet! Next week i will be introducing Clen Cycle .

Clen Cycle ( 2 weeks on, 2 off) IN between ECA just a little info

Diet:

7:30 -- Cardio (empty stomach)30-45 minutes
8:30 -- Breakfeast = 8 egg whites and Fiber Cereal
10:30 -- 8 slices of Lean Turkey
12:30 -- Grilled Chicken Breast - Veggies
2:30 -- Protein Shake
4:30 -- 8 slices of Lean Turkey
6:30 -- Work ( Circuit Training 45 mins. )
8:00 -- Protein Shake

Question: Am Trying to lose wieght , is Circuit training the best way to cut down.. ?
