Can you guys give me some insight please
So Ive been cutting with around 2200-2500cals. In the past 2wks I have been getting so hungry and craving so much food that I have been cheating almost everyday basically eating complete shit.
I was wondering since Im taking taking t3/clen could I still lean out eating maintance cals(around 3000). Cause I was thinking if Im eating more in general and it would be clean stuff, it would make me have less of an urge to cheat and eat bad shit....
3000cals
300g pro
330g carbs
60g fatLast edited by briansauras; 09-06-2006 at 02:54 PM.

What are your stats, bro?
At 2200-2500 cals I would be starving too. Use the Harris-Benedict formula from the cutting sticky to get an idea of what you SHOULD be taking in. At 2200 cals you've got plenty of room to jack them up.
When I'm cutting im at about 3200.

I'm currently 215 lbs, I started my diet 11 wks ago at 250 lbs. My calorie count throughout has started at around 3900 then gradually dropped to around 2800 where I'm at now.

Depending on your stats, the macros that you listed seem to fit maintaning your current weight opposed to cutting. List macros and even throw your diet up.

Im 5'8 inbetween 189-200. Like my weight fluctuates so much with the t3 since I will be good for like 3-4days and eat 2200cals and then I will get mad craving and eat like total shit for a wk. Im finally starting to get my self control back so that I dont eat junk.
I mean 3000cals is about 100-200cals under my maintance. I dont see why I shouldnt lean out doing cardio 3-4x wk with the add of clen /lipo 6 and t3. I always try to keep my sugar way down and my fiber up.
Using that method my BMR is 1995 and im inbetween moderate-very active. So Im around 2800-3100 for cutting. I really cant serve on anything under 200g carbs. Would 300g carbs be to much for cutting?Last edited by briansauras; 09-07-2006 at 12:23 AM.

The first time I cut was on 2200 cals and I had a couple of "binge episodes" and that sucked
Recently, I cut on 2700 kcals and literally had no cravings...
And no, 300 carbs for cutting is high IMHO... Stick to about 150-175g (not including fiber)... up your fats from 60 to the 90-100g range (good fats via nuts, EFAs, olive oil, flax,etc...) SO it would look like this:
carbs: 175 g = 700kcals
protein: 300 g = 1200kcals
fats: 90g = 800kcals
Total = 2700 cals
Also, if you are gonna introduce clen and t3, the harris benedict formula becomes inaccurate...even more so if you are a muscular person...
like you, the HB formula put me at about 3000 kcals BUT my personal assessment was that with the cardio i was doing and t3...it was more around 3500cals... and this made sense because 700 cals deficit per day allowed me to loose around 1.5 lbs a week...
cheers
