I'm a women who need motivation
Hi! First of all, I'm French, so sorry about my English. It's sucks but I keep trying!
In 8 weeks, I will have in my first figure competition! I start dieting 5 weeks ago and I loose 16 pounds. I weights 127 right now. For my show I will have to loose another 7 pounds. I did pretty well for the last weeks but right now I can't stop craving and a got TO MUCH CHEAT!!! I don't want loose my progress and I need motivation. I don't really know what I can do. I'm fallowed by a really good nutritionist and a personal trainer but right not I don't know what can a do to have my motivation again. I need to stop cheating, I'm so close!!! Do you have any help or tips for me?

Welcome to AR!
Make sure you stop by the female forum.
Maybe take a little time off from the gym.....but keep your diet extremely clean and just do cardio.....or do nothing. I wouldn't take any longer than 1 week off IMO.
Hows your diet?

whenever i feel like cheating and it's not a cheat meal, i brush my teeth. That usually kills the urge to eat.

Just think about how awfully embarasing it would be to stand up ON STAGE, in a small BATHING SUIT, and look FAT in front of ALL THOSE PEOPLE!

try to visualize your goal....it really depends on how bad you want it?? you either do -- or you dont. now get your A$$ in the gym! you have a show coming up!!!!!!!!!!

Just stick with it, you made so much progress dont deviate off your objective. Post up your diet(change it) and training regimen. People can give you ideas.
