This is my diet for quite a while now.

Is this good, or should I change, delete or add somthing from it?

    morning, 2 scrambled eggs
2 whole wheat toase, margerine, not butter
    bananna, 2% milk, ( all within 2 hours )

LUNCH, 6 hard boiled eggs, no yolks,
    2 tuna or salmon sandwitches,
proiten shake, bananna, ( all within 2-3 hours )

    supper, Chicken breasts-2, carrots/peas
    rice, or pasta.

    evening protine shake.

Thats about it, hows that look for putting on weight?

You should see how I ate before!!! All Macdonalds crap and only that, 2-3 times a day, I never got fat, but I never gained anything. I used to drink a lot, and smoke a lot. ( us military guys aint that great to our bodies internally) But we work out a lot. So, I dont know what is an optimal diet, but I AM trying. Plus, with my job now, we dont get much time to eat. So that plays a role in it.

You understand to get to 210-220 at relatively the same bodyfat you will have to eat more food right? 3meals/day of that caliber aren't gonna cut it.
Are you against eating more meals during the day or is it something that can be done?

    Any recent pics?

Oh hell! Id love to eat more! I just dont have the time. To be honest, thats the only reason Im taking the AAS, to make up for what I cant get by eating properly. I used to weigh 170 lbs, now Im stuck at this weight now for lie 3 months. I keep getting leaner, more ripped, but no more weight really.

    are you active military?

the one thing that is a fact here is that if you want your muscles to get bigger, you will need to give them more fuel. no amount of AAS will accomplish this, EATING MORE IS THE ONLY WAY

i dont know what kind of work you do but just about everyone on this site has a 40hour a week or more job. no matter how strict your job is, there is plenty of food you can bring that can be eaten during a 5min bathroom break.

first you should read the bulking sticky, then make up a diet that you think is good with at least 5 meals. then post it in the diet section and we will help you touch it up.

    good luck

Honestly man, you are waisting your money on the AAS. Everyone thinks you can just shot up and you get big which is a big mistake. I am smaller then you (5'6 172lbs) and i eat at least 7-8 times a day mostly all clean. I have just about cut out ALL alcohol as well. Its a lifestyle.
