OMG I ate a big mac
I feel so low right now lower than whale poop, I dont want to look at myself in the mirror. It did not even taste good, all I tasted was guilt. I am so ashamed of myself go ahead and flame away i deserve it.

I am at 13 percent BF and I am bulking right now on test e. my avatar i was at 19 percent and had gyno without any aas use at all. Even though i am bulking i still feel really guilty about eating a big mac and i have disgraced myself and my whole family.

your bitching over one Big Mac? Dude, if you only knew half the food I eat on a day to day basis your 1 Big Mac would look like starvation. Lets see, so far today I had 10 egg beaters and 3 serving grits for breakfast, then an 8" chicken pizza w/ bbq sauce on it from Ballcinos' w/ 2 orders of fries, PWO I had a 700 calorie mass gainer shake, and after that I went to an all you can eat BBQ buffet where I had 4 fried chicken breasts, black eyed peas, green beans, macaroni and cheese, and 3 bowls of Banana pudding w/ Vanilla Wafers. I'll probably eat twice more before bed. Now b4 I get the flame here, my workout today was 5 sets of 5 bent over rows, 5 sets of 5 on squats, and 5 sets of 5 on bench, all the sets were heavy as hell. I have been eating like mentioned above day in and day out and still manage to stay around 12% b/ I burn so much off

Damn I havent had a big mac in prolly a year~! YUM thinking about that big juicy burger is making me so hungry!! 7 more days and I can eat lots of those suckers!
