    Quick and easy Meal

Hey I was talking to Matt Hardy the WWE wrestler when he was in my city not so long ago at a book signing.

I asked him what most of the big guys eat as they are on the road alot.

Like John Cena,Batista, some of the Biggest wwe guys, who before wrestling used to do competitve body building.

Anyway he says most eat alot of chicken sandwiches, Just stick a chicken breast on a george foreman grilling machine, slap in between a wholemeal bun, with some baby spinach and little bit of salt , pepper.
itl give you 42g protein and 17g carbs, only 1.0g fat.
Quick and easy way to get what you want, and tasty also!!

Of course He said they would cook up about 3 or 4 chicken breasts at a time, but thats like over 100g protein! but I guess they are big enough to handle all that protein in one meal.

That's insane, I've always wondered how much food someone like Batista or Brock used to eat. Matt Hardy looks like he's gotten bigger as well.

Yeah he did when i saw him, he was with some wwe diva who was DAMN hot!
My gf got really jelous cos i kept asking to have my photo taking with her,

He said as they are always on the road, they all have there own grilling machines and just stop somewhere to buy chicken breasts, then grill them up and eat like 3 or 4 breats in one meal!

This aint even on gym training days! just when they are travelling to do a show.

Man all this talk of chicken is making me hungry
