Also, I'll be jogging in the am for 1 hour before my first meal.
Thanks in advance guys, also thanks Giants for giving me that good info about shakes and such. I just got rid of them completely.

is there no actual weight workout during your day ? just curious cause i didn't know if you had one you'd need a PWO shake / meal and all the good stuff
i'm no diet guru, but i would think you need more than just chicken and egg whites for your protein sources.
taking any supplements ?

Gunit,
I dont think your cals are low per-say..i think one of our members cut pre-contest on 1200 and he was 200+. Just make sure use ur fats properly and loads of veggies.

i dont know how fast your metabloism is but i dont feel your cals are too low, of course if you feel you are losing musle or start losing weight too fast up the calories by a few hundred.
like keymastur said, when is your workout?
i would also reccomend getting more of a variety of protein sources, just occasionally switch some of the chicken meals with tuna, salmon, or another lean meat.
also i would switch meal 6 with meal 4 so you will have a protein/fat meal before you go a long period without protein. the fat will help slow the digestion so the meal will be with you longer during the night.

Thanks for the responses guys. I think my cals are right where they need to be. My metabolism is terribly slow, and always has been. As far as the PWO shake goes, yes, I'll be adding one of those on lifting days. This is just a layout for the diet. I'll add the shake after I lift and adjust the meal times accordingly. My workout times will vary, but I'll move meal 6 into the PPWO slot when needed. Other than that, everything else looks cool to you guys?
BTW, Audis, you probably have a faster metabolism than I do. 2700 cals would be a bulk for me...a serious bulk. My bulk will probably be around 2300 cals. Basically, adding two extra meals of around 3-400 cals.
Thanks for responses again guys.

I'd like to know the same thing audis. Our build is real similar. I'm on the smaller side right now because I'm cutting and you're bulking, but it seems like we've got a similar build. Your metabolism must be through the effin roof if you're cutting with 2500 plus cals. I'd gain weight faster than a fat kid in a pudding pool with that many.
