    What does everyone like to eat post cardio??

    I am just curious as to what everyone eats after a good empty stomach morning cardio session??

    What you like and should are diffrent..

    But I usally do Carbs/ Protien

    Oats and EggWhites everyday for me

    I`m not usaully that hungry after cardio,but I always have two bananas and Brazil nuts,great combination.

    I eat basically the same for 6 of my 7 meals.

    pro/carb/fat

    the presence of morning cardio makes no difference

    before cardio im starving but after its done my hunger actually deminishes.

    Milk, oats some protein. Eat anything you want really.

    I was just curious as to what foods you are ingesting. I know the old saying keep eating carbs to burn fat. I usually go with the 10 egg whites 1.5 cups oatmeal 2 slices of dry wheat toast thing.

    I make protein pancakes with oats and egg whites then smother them in fat free soya yog with butter cream whey mixed in it.

    Thats alot of carbs in one sitting.. Bulking or Cutting IMO

    interesting use of vegan food. I may try that someday not cheap though.

    Its a bulker. I'm around 210pounds. Just jumped back on some aas. I get hungry??

    1.5 cup of oats is 81 grams (approx) +26 grams of carbs from the bread..

    if your eating every meal like this you should change it to fattening not bulking imo

    2 cups of "cooked" oatmeal with no fat added during cooking is only 51 grams of carbs 5 grams of fat and 12 grams of protein.

    Sorry, Didnt no it was 2 cups cooked assumed it was raw. Orignially you said 1.5 cups. 1.5 cups raw is 81 grams of carbs. just clarifying.
