    need helping switching to a different diet

    hi, i am 19 years old and was about 15% bodyfat. i was not happy so i switched to a low-carb diet literelly about 50-100g perday. i have dropped my bf to around 8% since the summer. i am happy with those results but now want to start building muscle. could someone tell me or write me a good diet. i usually eat about 5 meals a day three hours apart. i want to have a clean diet with enough to build muscle steadily but not add on a ton of fat as i still do cardio almost daily or eod. thanks.

    would that lean diet thats a sticky by xxl mike work for me? sorry if i seem like a total idiot, its just that it took me hard months of dieting to lose the fat and do not want to put it back on.

    Research and structure up a diet for yourself, once that is posted then people here will critique. Remember to post your stats and marco counts along with the diet.

    Change is good.. just remmeber when using the sticky to adjust the macros according to your stats

    i'm about 6'4''. 210lbs, 8%bf. but could use like 20 lbs of muscle. what are the best sources for carbs? like if iwant to make sure to have 300g's of carbs like the sticky says could i just eat 100 of it from oatmeal. or what else would give me good carbs to build muscle.

    Yams, oats, brown rice,potatoes (when bulking), whole wheat pasta
