Eating Liver?
Last week my 43 year old co worker and friend was diagnost with colon cancer, we are not sure how extended the cancer is and i hope that its not too late, he has been a dear friend of mine for 3 years now.
I am 34, my father died last year of colon cancer and my grand father survived colon cancer he was 64 when i got the operation.
I am at high risk and got my first colonoscopy in October with everything coming out fine.
After this and all the stress went away i want on a junk food spree, sugar, pizza, pepperoni and all.
After earing for my friend and really always feeling tired and washed out i decided to get back into healthy eating, i guess i needed a break and junk food was my way out.
My girlfriend is a great cook, she got me eating salmon, shrimps, liver once a week, all veggies and fruits. Sencha Green tea with curcuma and black pepper.
I was wondering since eating liver makes me feel so damn good how many people here eat liver once a week?

yeah, too much liver and you get vitamin a toxicity. When you eat liver at all, you should limit other foods that have vitamin a.
