    Gains too fast?

Ive finally taken my diet serious and have been eating alot and much more clean. Ive upped my cals about 750-1200 per day for the last week with app. 2-250 protein. My diet consists of lots of chicken, egg whites, rice, tuna and variations of. Im up 6 lbs in 7 days since i started. What ratio of fat to LBM can i expect from this? I would gladly take a 50-50 ratio as fat is easy for me to burn, but i am/was a "hard-gainer" since i never had a worthwhile diet.

Sorry, but unless you are some serious AAS, then you have not built 3 lbs of muscle in one week. The upper limits of lbm gain when un-enhanced is about 1/2 lb per week. The rest is water and fat.

Not to hijack, but what are the upper limits of lbm gain WHEN ENHANCED (ie: test e @ 500 mg/ew)?
