First, buy a scale so you can weigh your chicken, turkey, almonds etc...
You can calculate and even add your own (which i do) food at www.fitday.com
When i first started using fitday.com i made all my food "custom" meaning i named it whatever and then took the nutrition information of the back and put it in.
NattyPB rules because it tastes good and has no hydrogenated oils in it unlike "normal" PB and is a source of good fat.***No source checks!!!***

Sorry to hi-jack but didnt want to start a similair thread for this....
When you measure the grams of fat, carbs, etc for different foods you just get the overall number or is it a specific number you look for? I am trying to put together a diet but dont know which specs to look at to count the numbers.
I am guessing it is overall number?

Carbs=4kcal/gram
Protein=Same
Fat=9kcal/gram
Being that most of us eat more than 2000 calories/day, you have to use simple math skills to figure out how much YOUR servings are compared to the suggested serving size. Like Murlo said, fitday is a great site to do this for you. There database is rather large, so customizing is optimal.

Sorry to sound a bit silly by asking this but... arent most foods already measured in grams in the nutritional facts?
I dont really understand what you meant there.

Yea, they are measured in grams. If your counting total kcal for the day, or for each meal, use what I posted above for each macro.
