    Help With Loosing Fat Please!!!

    Need Help Losing Fat. Im At 276 With 29%bf. If Anyone Can Help With Dieting It Would Be Grately Appreciated. A Formula Would Be Great.

    Begin with light cardio in the morning on an empty sttomach, do some researrch on Diet and how to actually put a healthy diet together, there are plenty of threads on this, so search...shit like that...it takes time, no pill will cure you...u want a formula, eat less, workout more...simpliest one you can find...Take in less, Burn more...then u will loose fat, and dont be in a rush, it will only hinder you in the long run. Loose it to fast, you could gain it all back, and loose muscle.
    Also before you get in this, remember these are life changing decisions. you can diet and get down to 10% body fat, but if u go back to cheeseburgers, whats the point? So before you get started, make sure this is a commitment ur willing to make for forever.

    thanks guys, good lookin out

    i been workin out for years. last year i had back surgery and took about a year off. Very discouraging experience. Im 34 now and Im trying to focus more on a lean physique rather than much mass as before. As I did a little research I started noticing I was goin about it all wrong. I was thinking that the gear would compensate for a half ass regimen. I guess you live and learn. Anyways thx a million.

    breakdown you daily calories into 6 smaller meals spaced every 2.5-3 hours, this will help speed up your metabolism and stop most fat storage

    along with doing cardio and weight training

    Oh forgot, as far as a formula I meant one that I could use to put together a diet which will suit my particular size, bf% etc. I definitely dont want to lose fat at the expense of muscle and strenth. Thx again.
