    Protein/Carb/Fat Ratio....

    I've searched everywhere and cant seem to find a good answer on this. Everyone has something different based on their specific goals and specific weight etc.

    I'm an average 24 yr old looking to lose some fat and keep/gain as much muscle as possible. Main concern is stubborn belly fat.

    Anyway, I want to go on a strict diet but dont know about the %

    Any advice? is it 55 25 20, 45 35 20???? What would be ideal for ME...keep in mind I'm planning on hitting the gym about 3-4 times a week for weight training and doing cardio in the mornings as well.

    Thanks in advance and sorry if this annoys anyone. I'm sure this question has been asked a million times. I just cant find the answer.

    We are not in your body. We cannot tell what would be best for you. You're just going to have to experiment with different macros and see what works best for you. What works for me may not necessarily work for you...

    In any case, do am cardio on an empty stomach...

    Basicly the only thing is that you get the protein you need(1g/ib or so) and atleast 50 grams of fat. Besides that what works best for people variates so much that its impossible to say.
