Quick diet question
Im 23 5'10 260. b/f must be in 30's %. I am looking to drop as much bodyfat as possible while saving muscle. I am making this a lifestyle change.
My question is which diet should i follow; the cutting sticky? ckd? carb cycling? I'm not sure where to start when planning out my diet. I feel like the cutting sticky is a bit hardcore...I dont exercise veyr much and eat whatever i want. So going from this to that doesnt seem all that possible. Any advice appreciated. thanks

start exercising, and stop eating whatever you want!
i would probably suggest, start eating healthier slowly, as you might not keep up. dont start with a really drastic change.

Start exercising regularly, start eating healthy, and slowly start changing your diet around (use sticky as an example) till ya start seeing results. Depends how bad ya want to lose the fat....and don't make excuses, just get to it.
