    Drink more water.
Quit drinking your last meal and change it to a solid slow digesting protein source with fiber to help slow absorbtion more.
Eat more During the day so you aren't so hungry at night.

All pretty easy solutions. Mainly change that last meal, shakes are a pathetic meal for pre-bedtime.

would it be a good idea if I left it like this:
The shake prebed is a blend and truly the only thing I can get down at that time....how about if I add carbs into the meal after training and then flax or fats in the final shake.....would that be ok? If that doesnt work, I'll try something like 6oz flank prebed?

AGAIN, I wouldn't drink a shake before bed. It won't stay with you nearly as long as a meal, therefore leaving you possibly catabolic and/or hungry mid-sleep.
