Currently 11.5% BF (stomach area is main problem) and am 2 weeks into a 6 week cutting cycle. 45 mins cardio 5 days a week (before breakfast), plus following cutting diet on these boards exactly. 50mg winny EOD to aid in the process.

Should I add an Ephedra blend (aspirin/caffeine) to my diet to help me burn fat? does it actually do that?

Any info on this would help, along with any recommended dosages.
