Kebobs from the shawarma places? meat on the stick... alot of extra oil/fat/butter/sauces etc.

Unless your talking about indian kebob's if so the "fresh baked bread" aka naan is all white bread etc

The "sauces that go in the dry meat" include yougurt bread crumbs etc..

On clean bulk yea as cheat sure... Everday no.

I order kebabs at some local restaurants frequently but I skip on the pita and get some wild rice or brown rice with it. Also get the chicken or steak because the lamb tends to have too much fat.

Good points. Ask what they put in the meat for marinade. Traditionally it should only be a dry rub of herbs and lemon juice but some may use bread crumbs etc.

Depends how it is made, many times it is not extra lean or lean minced meat. The other thing is the type of bread and if any sauce. I like to eat kebabs with some rice, onions, tomatoes and some seasoning. Fresh and healthy but once in a while.

P.S: Extra lean mince meat, tastes so different.
I also like some Indian dish called, pardon my spelling, Sikh Kebab or Persian dish called "Joujou Kebab" but as Faiz said lots of olive oil.

Lamb (lean meat) not mince (mince taste shit too fatty) marinated with paprika as for the sauce tomato paste, milk, onion juice. Refferiing to turkish kebab not the indian with some nice garlic and hot chilli sauce yummy
