Cutting plan, Critique away, any helpful feedback needed
Hey guys, stillkinda new at this but wanted to see what some of you think about this cutting diet/plan...still doing some research but would like some pointers from those that have the knowledge...sorry for not having the nutritional values such as cal/fat/pro/carb, still trying to find some good references for those.....thanks in advance
500-600am
Cardio on empty stomach 30-45mins
800-830am
Meal #1:
6 egg whites
½ cup of oatmeal, flavored with Splenda
MultiVitamin
1000-1030am
Meal #2:
1 Can Tuna Fish w/mayo
Flax 2 tbsps
1200-1230pm
Meal #3:
1 Chicken breast
1 Cup of Brown rice
1.5 Cup Green Veg.
1 scoop Whey
300-330pm
Meal #4:
1 Lean Ground Burger patty
1 Cup Brown Rice
600-700pm
Meal #5:
1 Chicken breast
1 Cup Green Veg.
830-930 Workout
PWO, 2 scoops of Whey w/dextrose
