    Smile Green Bean lovers

    If you like green beans as much as I do, you'll love this. I found microwaveable green beans. Comes in a clear bag you microwave for 3-4 mins with the bag. Tried it and loved it!

    I found canned green beans where you open the can, dump out the juice, place green beans in a microwavable safe bowl for 1 minute, spray with no cal butter spray, and then eat!

    Broccoli on the other hand..is quite yummy..

    I buy the huge "frozen fresh" bags of broccoli at Sam's Club. Microwave it for 3-4 minutes and it tastes as good as fresh steamed broccoli.

    I think Im gonna start doin that. I dont feel like going to buy another rice cooker to cook them in everyday. Ill just grab the frozen ones...
