oatmeal and bulikng
how good of a tool is oatmeal for bulking ?? i mean, could i ram this stuff down my neck all day long and get some decent results. Obviously id still be getting my protein requirements from other sources.

There is nothing wrong with oatmeal... great source of complex carbs. Definently yields alot better energy and pump in the gym if you take about 3/4 to 1 cup 30 mins before workout.

You can use oatmeal for carbs sure. But to just shovel it in all day? Thats stupid for ANYTHING, just look at your daily macro breakdown and fit it in.

Agree with Bino. Yes its staple in your diet but it also depends how it fits in with all your marcos and diet
